Record on site, publish only what can be verified. A show's success shows up two weeks later.
All Energy Australia closes in Melbourne today. And the moment a show ends is when bad judgements get made.
On the floor, everyone is well prepared, delivers reliably and holds every certification. Those are statements of intent, not fact.
What actually tells you something happens in the two weeks after.
SIGNAL 1 — Signings you can verify
Can you find it publicly? Agent appointments, distribution agreements, a local warehouse or spare-parts hub, certification progress. If all that surfaces is "we reached an intention to cooperate," the show was brand exposure, not channel progress.
SIGNAL 2 — Localisation promises turning into numbers
Everyone says Australia matters. The difference is whether commitments land in a quote: spare-part response time in days, MOQs and lead times, who prepares grid-connection paperwork and how long approval takes. Written into an offer, it's real. Verbal, it's still a season away from delivery.
SIGNAL 3 — Policy follow-through
Shows don't change policy, but they're used for policy conversations. Watch state-level grid and installation rules in Australia, the first application data from Poland's subsidy window (open since 20 October, running to 1 October 2027), and industry feedback on the UK's BS 7671 Amendment 4.
Of these, Poland's first application numbers matter most. The 10 kWh floor already draws the capacity line — application volume will determine channel stocking rhythm. If the first month is concentrated, delivery certainty becomes the core negotiation topic.
